Tina is a toolkit for building visual editing into your site. We describe it as a "CMS Toolkit" rather than a "CMS" because TinaCMS provides the building blocks for you to build editing into your site. We may provide starters for an "out of the box" editing experience, but TinaCMS itself is a compositional set of libraries.
